Legally Blonde: The Musical音乐《律政俏佳人》

This January, the Yew Chung International School of Beijing will wow audiences with a performance of the critically acclaimed show: “Legally Blonde: The Musical.” Featuring students from across our Secondary School, this fun and upbeat production will have you clapping and singing along!

一月份，北京耀中国际学校将向观众隆重呈现广受好评的音乐剧《律政俏佳人》。我校中学部学生将挑起大梁，倾情演绎这部有趣的、积极向上的作品，让您过足戏瘾！

The story is based on the novel Legally Blonde by Amanda Brown and the 2001 film of the same name. It tells the story of Elle Woods, a sorority girl who enrolls at Harvard Law School to win back her ex-boyfriend Warner. She discovers how her knowledge of the law can help others, and successfully defends exercise queen Brooke Wyndham in a murder trial. Throughout the show, no one has faith in Elle Woods, but she manages to surprise them when she defies expectations while staying true to herself. (Credit Wikipedia).

这个音乐剧源于Amanda Brown的作品《律政俏佳人》并于2001年改编为同名电影，讲的是女学生联谊会的女孩Elle Woods考上了哈佛大学法律学院并通过自己的努力赢回了前男友Warner的故事。在这个过程中，Elle Woods发现她的法律知识是可以帮助到别人，并成功地为体育女王Brooke Wyndham在一起谋杀案中做辩护。这期间，没有任何人相信Elle Woods，但是她通过自己的努力、保持真实的自我，证明了自己的能力，惊讶众人。

The show is free for all attendees and will take place in the YCIS Beijing Auditorium.
